Welcome! We are delighted that you are going to register to use the Helping Learning service.

Helping Learning Accounts can only be held by adults over 18 years. If you are under 18 you will need an adult family member to complete the registration process - everyone registering will require a free Skype username from the Skype website.

Once you have registered and received your log-in details you will be able to add more family members* to your account - each of them should have their own unique Skype username.

(* We describe the users of a particular account as family members of that account.)

How did you find out about Helping Learning?

Please enter the name of the first person who will use the Helping Learning service with their Skype ID and Date of Birth. You will be able to add extra family members once you have received your username and password and can access your user-area.

Certain account transactions will require a unique family admin password before they can be actioned. Please enter your chosen secure password here and do not disclose it to anyone else - treat it as you would a bank pin number.

Following your registration, you will be issued with a Helping Learning username and password for all the family group members to use to enter and use the site. This password may be changed in MyAccount once you are logged in.
