1i Helping Learning is a product of Hidden Ideas Limited.
1ii Throughout these terms and conditions, “we” refers to Hidden Ideas Limited; “family“, “student” or “family member(s)” refer to the persons responsible for holding and managing the Helping Learning Username and Password or using the system; and “you” refers to the applicant who is submitting the application open an account with the Helping Learning service.
1iii If you register with the Helping Learning service then you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions that are currently in force.
1iv You are encouraged to view these Terms and Conditions regularly as we reserve the right to amend or add to them at any time and may not notify you of the changes.
2i Once you have successfully completed the registration details we will email you a username and password to give you access to the Helping Learning service.
2ii If we consider that you have breached any of the current terms and conditions we may terminate your access to Helping Learning at any time, without giving you prior notice.
2iii You agree that you will not divulge your secure family admin password to any other person and will take full responsibility and accountability for its use.
2iv You agree that you will be responsible for all charges incurred by your 'family members' when they contact teachers using your Helping Learning account username and password.
3i You understand that when you have registered with Helping Learning you will need to deposit an amount in to your account before you can seek help from a teacher unless that teacher is offering a free service.
3ii Whenever you request assistance from a teacher we will check the balance in your account to see that it is sufficient. You agree that we can refuse this connection if this balance is insufficient and you do not then make an additional deposit.
3iii If you request a refund of the balance of the teaching fees you have made, then you agree we may make the refund by an electronic bank transfer and that you will provide us with the full details for this transfer.
3iv You understand and agree that the credits you make for teaching fees are valid for 30 days or longer at our discretion.
4i When you request help from Helping Learning, you agree that you are entering in to a contract with the teacher you have chosen and not with Hidden Ideas Ltd.
4ii You agree you will not contact or attempt to make further contact with any teacher you have been introduced to through Helping Learning without the prior agreement of Hidden Ideas Ltd.
4iii You agree that any dispute that may arise over the assistance you receive, is a matter to be resolved between yourself and the teacher who provided the help.
5i You agree to download and install the Skype software from their site www.skype.co.uk which will enable you to use the Helping Learning service and you agree to be responsible for all aspects of the use of Skype.
6i You agree to be responsible for the way that all your family members use the Helping Learning service.
6ii You agree to closely monitor the use of Helping Learning by all family members who are under eighteen years of age.
6iii You will ensure that your family members know that there is a link from our homepage to the Government internet safety website http://www.thinkyouknow.co.uk and you will visit that site yourself.
7i You agree that we hold the Intellectual Property rights in all its various forms, to the Helping Learning service, its related activities, documentation and website material and that you will not attempt to compromise these rights in any way.
